If you are a Guest Tracker user (or are using another FTP based program, as listed here) and you are getting errors when connecting to Webervations, it is one of two issues:

• The DNS has not yet updated at your location.  Please read this blog post for details.
• You have not updated the server address to point to ftp.webervations.com.  Please read this FAQ for details on how to update the server address.

Also, there may be a longer than normal delay this morning in uploads / downloads from Guest Tracker.  This will be resolved in the next few hours.
