Webervations visit counters RESOLVED

Some users have reported problems with the page visit counters for Webervations 1.0, which track the number of visits to your booking pages.  We are investigating this problem and will resolve it as soon as possible.

Update 1/26: this issue is resolved, and counters for Webervations 1.0 users are updating now.  Because of how the counters work (they read server log files), the counters are logging data starting on 1/26.  We were not able to obtain past data as this information was not available to us in the transition.  We do apologize for the problem.  If you wish to track historical stats, we recommend that you use a full web stats system like Google Analytics, which will provide you with much more accurate and detailed page view and booking page stats.

Here is a list of issues that are still outstanding on my end.

1. The link has not been updated on the following website: www.webervations.com/.../nhcountryinns.asp
It is the link under my listing for Availability Details. It still does not point to my new webervations 2.0 details so all of my availability info is incorrect.

3. The header on my webervations 2.0 booking engine is not like it used to be, our name and telephone number are overlapping one another and you cannot read it. This is at reserve.webervations.com/.../resbook.asp

4. The detail calendar is not working. I cannot click on the small month in the upper left to have it advance a month. Also, it looks like it converted to a different style "X" that I had in there. I tried to configure this on the admin pages and it doesn't change anything.

5. The red x for deleting a contact only appears on contacts I am currently creating. I cannot go into an old contact and delete it.

6. When viewing a list of all contacts it ends at N for the last name, it does not show all of them so I cannot browse through all of them, to find a contact with a last name after N I have to do a search.

7. I still get that error message if someone books online and enters credit card info with dashes or spaces so I cannot view their details if they were to book online and enter dashes or spaces in their credit card #.

8. When entering a contact in the admin pages if I enter the zip code and hit tab it no longer automatically enters the city, state, and country. This was a huge help before so I didn't have to ask spelling of the city name or forget to put in the country and then when entering a credit card get the message saying that a country must be entered.

I am still unable to see the visit counters; it's been about two or more weeks with no counts.  When is this going to be fixed (or will it be)?

1) Links to advance months on availablity calendar not working. How do we solve this?

2) Is there a new Webervations programme available? We note that mention is made of version 2.0, but we had no communications in this regard?

Ok, the 1st point has been sorted - your website did not save the changes since it continously showed secured and unsecured messages. We went the unsecured route and it is now OK.

We have asked this question to the previous owner on numerous occasions, but never had any response.

How do we change the maximum number of days which can be booked to more than 14?

Anton - Webervations 2 is the "new" Webervations but is still in beta and has not been officially launched yet. Primarily, it is a full guest management system, and also has a more modern booking engine. Currently, sign ups are closed for this until we work out the bugs.

Webervations 1 has a limit of 14 days for reservations. You can work around one of two ways. 1 - use display option B, which allows the guest to manually enter arrival / departure date, but doesn't check against availability -- so the guest could potentially book a day that is sold out. 2 - use the weekly booking model, in which case, reservations can be booked up to 12 weeks.
